| Tournament | Getting in the right tournament will be difficult as we are in the hands of others. Possible tournaments include Easter open. Number of kits needed - 2 preferably - or bibs Only allowed to play 100mins per day.

| Insurance | All players must have insurance which covers them for an organised tournament. It may be that we decide to take insurance for all players out of funds raised to ensure that all players have the correct cover. Please wait until after the next meeting. Adults need to make their own arrangements. (see Newsletter page for adult insurance offer) R & T offer is £13.95 for everyone and includes organised football.

Travel insurance is essential. Adults can obtain their own, or use a firm provided by Karen .F
Players must have specialised insurance that covers them for organised football. The group has agreed that all players will have this insurance bought for them out of funds raised.
NOW is the time to check passports / insurances / E111 - medical cards (follow link on newsletter page to obtain these). The responsibility to have all these is YOURS...act now before its too late!
If there is any queries about any aspect of the tour then use the contact us form on the wbsite or speak directly to any member of the funding group. Dont let your problem or query fester before its toolate to be acted on.
If for some reason you need to cancel at late notice there are financial penalties which will necessarily be incurred, unless it is through medical or similar reason that insurance will cover......
**Update**
RT Tours have a requirement that insurance is taken out by everyone. If you have personal travel insurance already then details need to be given to Karen. F by sunday 13th Jan.

Other info...
A payment of 500 euros (£350 approx) has to be paid upon arrival to the holiday park. This is for a damage deposit scheme. Further details will be given out about this at a later date. The money will be paid for out of our funds and it is proposed that any money we get back (hopefully all of it) will be shared out between the players.
Graham. L is overseeing the football part of the trip and is applying to the F.A for permission for the tem to play abroad. Please direct any footballing queries you have to him.
The spare day (monday) has been left free for us to use the parks facilities. A trip out can be arranged.
